Participating programs will be asked to send 1 senior resident representative to the meeting. Five participants will be randomly selected to participate. Those not selected will sit on an expert panel that can overrule audience votes. Dr. George Velmahos of Massachusetts General Hospital, our host, lead the teams through the various rounds of questions, where then the audience will vote participants off the "Island" with an audience response system through their smart phones.
